Gift certificates are available in select denominations and are subject to separate terms provided at the time of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Custom and bespoke orders are created on an individual basis and are non-refundable once production has commenced. 6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

We ship to select domestic and international destinations. All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

We accept returns of unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-made pieces, engraved items, and gift certificates are not eligible for return or exchange. Investment-grade precious metals are subject to market-value adjustments and may only be returned under specific conditions outlined at the time of sale.
